Flexifly

Cleartrip relaunched their flexible fare product, Flexifly, as travel picked up after the pandemic. Flexifly was positioned as a viable, smart option for travellers with uncertainty in their plans as it allowed the customer to change their flight dates at no extra cost. We worked on multiple assets to showcase Flexifly and the variety of use cases it covers.

LANDING PAGE

I designed the landing page for Flexifly, in conjunction with design, content and marketing teams; the idea we wanted to convey was that since air fares are unpredictable, booking now with Flexifly is best.

We presented Flexifly infused with Cleartrip’s simple look and feel, with bold typography and stylised graphics. The illustration created a visual connect to where the user first encounters Flexifly in their booking journey.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The comms on social media focused around the idea of booking now versus later, and we used formats like IG stories to weave in a narrative.

The yellow and black color pallette was Cleartrip’s visual style for social and marketing assets at the time. We introduced white for some depth in the illustrations.

EMAILS

Emails for Flexifly evolved over a period of time – what remained constant was using the engagement of an email to present different use cases where Flexifly helps.

We wanted to cater to different types of travellers, so presenting a variety of situations and circumstances would fare better in increasing adoption.
